Växjö Vandrarhem is operated by Vallabiten Fastigheter AB. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page describes what we collect, why, and for how long.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we store your name, email address, phone number, the dates of your stay, the number of guests and whatever you write in the message. We collect nothing about you when you simply read the site.
Why we process it
The data is used to answer your request, carry out the booking and meet the requirements placed on us by accounting and hotel legislation. The legal bases are contract and legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Data connected to a completed booking is kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts that profile visitors. If we add web analytics it will be a cookie-free solution or it will ask for your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of or erasure of your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us and we will help. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
